Refund Policy


For security reasons Bestway does not accept returns on any opened products.

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our customer service team.

Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Bestway sends an email receipt with each order.

If you place an order and do not receive an email receipt for your order within 24 hours, please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Damaged Items:


All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives intact.Unfortunately, handling during shipping is beyond our control and in rare cases, an order may be damaged.Bestway offers a full replacement for products that are determined to be so damaged that they are not suitable for consumption.

To make a claim for damaged items, please email us "Package Damage" and you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine if you are eligible for a replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.


Cancellation Policy:


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
